Movie marathon for Gents (and Ladies)

You can do this at home or you can even do this at the cinema.

Of course, if you are at home, it will help to be familiar with a video rental place, or more modern -- with your pay-per-view TV station. Either way you can turn this into a fun filled day for yourself or your friends if they decide to join you too.

Pick a theme, say a favorite actor or a particular genre (even one that you have completely made up) and see how many movies you can actually find to fit your choice, as well as how many movies you can watch in a day. For example, you can view all movies that Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan have acted together in, or Brad Pitt's pre Angelina Jolie days.

There's more than one way of making this work, and all you need is to be a little creative. For myself, I find action movies take the burn out of loneliness.

If you think soppy love stories are going to make you all teary eyed and sad, then staying away from them would be an excellent choice. Try some action,/demolition filled movies instead.

Love is in the air, just like spring, and it will come to each of us at the right time.
